Shipping and Payment Terms

The following conditions apply:

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions listed here. By submitting an order, the customer accepts the delivery and payment terms. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post and is at the customer’s risk. Claims for compensation for lost or damaged shipments cannot be asserted. Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and worldwide.

Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 per order. Orders with a net order value of €200 or more are shipped free of charge.

EU Member States:
Please note that shortly before checkout you will be asked to select the desired shipping method and must click on the respective destination country. We charge a flat shipping fee to EU countries of €12.90 (shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the parcel).

Switzerland:
Please note that shortly before checkout you will be asked to select the desired shipping method and must click on CH for Switzerland. We charge a flat shipping fee to Switzerland of €13.90 (shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the parcel).

International: Please note that you will be asked for your preferred shipping method just before completion and must click on the respective recipient country! We charge a flat rate shipping fee for international deliveries as follows: €34.90 (Price variations for shipping due to package weight reserved).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–14 days (depending on the destination country) after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Accepted Payment Methods

Price changes are reserved. The listed prices are exclusive of the statutory VAT applicable to the buyer. VAT is automatically added to the total amount before checkout and must be paid by the customer. For orders under EUR 10.00, a small-quantity surcharge of EUR 5.00 will be applied.

Advance payment by bank transfer:
If you select advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Please use the order number from the invoice sent to you by email as the payment reference.

PayPal Plus:
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can enter your payment details, confirm PayPal’s use of your data, and authorize the payment.

If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, you must be registered with PayPal or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after you confirm the payment instruction. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Credit Card via PayPal:
If you choose to pay by credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your authentication as the legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at PayPal’s request, and your card will be charged. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
